 Developing the Gateway to Greenville

Initial concepts for a mixed-use project located at the site of the former Greenville Memorial Auditorium received unanimous approval from the City’s Design Review Board.

The Gateway Project includes 300 residential units, restaurant and commercial space, creative studios and a parking structure concealed by an elevated terrace.

The project will return to the Board for further review when architectural details are complete.
