A class designed for girls 9-11 and their mothers or other female support person. This course concentrates on physical, internal and emotional changes, during puberty, in a relaxed atmosphere. The information is presented on the girl’s level of understanding and is helpful in opening the door of communication for mom and daughter.
During the class, girls will:
- Learn about body development during puberty
- Hair and skin care
- Weight gain and nutrition
- Fitness and rest
- Emotions
During the class, mom will learn:
- The emotional changes associated with puberty
- Deal with challenges during this time of change
This is an exciting time in your life when your daughter is becoming a woman! While each girls experience with puberty is unique, it is important for you to know what to expect.
Please note when registering, $25 covers mother and one daughter. Please include your daughters name at check out. If you have two daughters, please register the next daughter separately.

Please note if you are not able to attend any classes with a fee, you may process your refund under your Findjoo account or transfer to a new class date. Classes may be canceled due to ill instructor or low enrollment. In this case, every effort will be made to reschedule participants into desired class.
