Senator Lindsey Graham has recently made several public statements on social media addressing U.S. foreign policy and national security, with particular focus on drug trafficking and international conflict resolution.
On October 19, 2025, Graham shared details of a conversation with former President Donald Trump, stating: “Had a very good discussion with President Trump today about his commitment to go after those Countries who support drug trafficking against our great Nation.
President Trump is tougher than any President in our History, and he informed me that he is going to be hitting”.
Two days later, on October 21, 2025, Graham further emphasized the administration’s stance on foreign relations and criminal organizations by posting: “If you’re America’s friend, you’ll have no better ally. If you’re our enemy, we’ll be your worst nightmare.
President @realDonaldTrump’s crackdown on drug cartels is exactly what we voted for.”
In another post the same day, Graham commented on efforts to address the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. He wrote: “.@POTUS’ proposal for a ceasefire at the line of contact between Russia and Ukraine is eminently reasonable, and it is the best idea yet to stop the killing.
Once a ceasefire has been achieved, there will be a chance to talk about a way forward that will ensure the war ends”.
Lindsey Graham serves as a United States Senator from South Carolina. His recent posts come amid ongoing debates in Washington over how best to combat international drug trafficking and address global conflicts such as the war in Ukraine.
