Later, on October 8, 2025, Graham commented on legal actions taken against former President Trump, stating, “Soon after President Trump announced he would run for re-election in the ‘24 cycle, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Fani Willis, Jack Smith and the full fury of the Left levied 91 indictments and a multimillion dollar lawsuit against him. President @realDonaldTrump was targeted by”.

In a subsequent post on October 8, 2025, Graham expressed appreciation for certain officials, saying, “I’m grateful to @FBIDDBongino, @FBIDirectorKash, and @AGPamBondi for helping bring this to light. We finally have new leadership ready to clean up this mess, all thanks to @POTUS.”
