Addressing international affairs in a subsequent tweet, Graham stated: “I appreciate President Trump and his team earnestly trying to end the bloodbath in Ukraine. It will take agreement from both sides to end the war. Ukraine has agreed to President Trump’s proposal for a ceasefire. Meanwhile, Russia apparently insists on the bloodbath continuing.” (October 21, 2025).
