Manufacturing leaders from across the Southeast will gather in Greenville this November to discuss new technologies, strategies, and partnerships at the South Carolina Manufacturing Conference & Expo, according to an April 6 announcement.

The event is expected to bring together more than 1,400 professionals from the manufacturing sector. Attendees will include executives, plant managers, engineers, supply chain leaders, and operations decision-makers. The conference aims to address challenges such as workforce shortages, changing supply chains, and rapid technological change.

Educational sessions are planned on topics including automation, workforce development, operational efficiency, supply chain resilience, and emerging manufacturing technologies. Organizers say these discussions are intended to help companies stay competitive as the industry evolves.

An expo floor will feature over 150 companies that support manufacturers. Exhibitors will showcase products and services ranging from industrial machinery and robotics to software solutions and logistics support. The event offers manufacturers a chance to see demonstrations of new technology and connect with industry peers.

Companies attending represent sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, advanced materials production, food processing, defense manufacturing, robotics development and other emerging industries. More information about the conference can be found at www.scmanufacturingconference.com.

SCBIZ is hosting the event. The company describes itself as a business media leader connecting decision-makers throughout South Carolina.
