Calling Greenville “an ideal city,” a provider of construction, maintenance and facilities services announced it is opening an office here.
Illinois-based Graycor is opening its newest location at 355 S. Main St. to support the company’s growth in the southeast U.S., according to a company release.
“We chose Greenville because it provides great access to our clients and access to talent," Brian Gallagher, vice president of corporate development, said in the release. "The city’s business community, amenities, and resources make Greenville the ideal city for Graycor’s next location."
Graycor has established itself as a leading provider of construction services to a wide range of industries including retail, commercial, e-commerce, automotive, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, process, and energy.
Graycor said it plans to hire estimators, construction managers, project managers, and projects control staff in Greenville.
“Graycor has worked in South Carolina on a range of projects for the last few decades,” Gallagher said. “With our local project workload increasing, the time was right for us to establish a permanent location in Greenville to support our growth.”
