SVN |BLACKSTREAM Advisor Doug Peterson represented the sellers in a total transaction of 83 acres on E. Georgia Road in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

The $3,036,000 sale to purchaser, Mark III Properties of Spartanburg, SC will be the site for a Toll Brothers subdivision of 69 single-family homes. The development is zoned for the newly expanded Rudolph G Gordon School at 1507 Scuffletown Rd in Simpsonville. Toll Brothers currently has developments in Fountain Inn and Greer, SC.

“This project was especially challenging due to Simpsonville’s tight real estate market and housing restrictions. We are thrilled that a quality builder such as Toll Brothers committed to this site bringing much needed housing to the Simpsonville area,” said Peterson.

Peterson, an SVN|BLACKSTREAM advisor in the Greenville, South Carolina office, specializes in land transactions and has worked with several major developers throughout the Carolinas.
