Before joining BLACKSTREAM CHRISTIE’S INTERNATIONAL, Corey and Ty worked in the upstate South Carolina market selling homes in residential neighborhoods around Simpsonville and recently on Lake Keowee. Having lived in Simpsonville for the past 12 years, they know the area and the market very well. “We have daily and weekly brainstorming sessions to discuss the challenges that our clients are facing as market conditions evolve or as market shifts occur.” “Our approach ensures that our clients’ needs are met,” says Ty.
Ty grew up in a military family and was a dental hygienist for 10 years before pursuing her passion in real estate. She sincerely cares about the needs of her clients. Being able to reassure clients and remove their hesitations about purchasing a home is a key focus for Ty. Her determination is another strength, and it has allowed her to have a 98% close rate. “It’s because of the preparation that is done beforehand,” says Ty. “We can’t control all aspects of a deal, but we can prepare for most of them.” With this approach, Ty has seen success in creating an efficient and seamless transaction that puts her clients at ease.
Prior to working in real estate, Corey was in advertising and marketing for nearly 20 years. “Creating unique brand experiences for customers was exciting and that background has helped immensely in real estate,” says Corey. He can quickly create agency-level campaigns which gets the client’s home on the market in the shortest amount of time.
