Digital Assets policy should never be partisan. “
Later that same day, he introduced new legislation aimed at improving military readiness through physical fitness incentives: “I just introduced the Fit for Duty Act Physical fitness is essential to military readiness, yet obesity-related issues cost the Armed Forces over $1.5 billion annually. This bill rewards service members who excel on fitness tests: $500 bonus for 90% $1,000 bonus for 100%”

William Timmons has represented South Carolina’s 4th District in Congress since replacing Trey Gowdy in 2019 and previously served in the South Carolina Senate from 2016 to 2018. Born in Greenville in 1984 and currently residing there, Timmons holds degrees from George Washington University (BA) and the University of South Carolina (JD).
