Congressman William Timmons, representing South Carolina’s 4th district, recently expressed his views on various political issues through a series of tweets. Timmons has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2019, following his tenure in the South Carolina Senate from 2016 to 2018.

On January 23, 2025, Congressman Timmons commented on the actions of Democrats with respect to immigration and sports policies. He stated: “Democrats have voted against deporting violent illegal aliens and protecting women in sports, let’s see how they vote on saving babies.”

Later that day, Timmons emphasized the importance of transparency and fulfilling promises made to the American people. He tweeted: “The American people deserve transparency and truth. Promises made, promises kept! “

In another tweet on January 23, he announced a legislative milestone concerning justice for Laken Riley. He wrote: “Speaker Johnson signs the Laken Riley Act. Justice for Laken Riley is headed to President Trump’s desk.”
