On February 4, 2025, Congressman Timmons commented on Prime Minister Netanyahu’s visit to the White House. In another statement dated February 5, 2025, Timmons addressed an issue of fraud he described as staggering. He highlighted it as “one of the largest thefts in American history” and advocated for legislative action by urging Congress to pass his bill, H.R. 324 – the PPP Shell Company Discovery Act. “The scale of this fraud is staggering—it represents one of the largest thefts in American history. To crackdown on these fraudsters, Congress can pass my bill, H.R. 324 the PPP Shell Company Discovery Act.”

On February 5, 2025, Congressman Timmons also extended congratulations to Pam Bondi on her appointment as Attorney General. He expressed optimism about her role stating that with Bondi as AG “we are restoring the rule of law and finally ending the weaponization of our Justice Department,” describing it as a significant victory for justice and integrity. “Congratulations to @PamBondi on her new role as Attorney General.
