Vice president of Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Production Operations, Howard is responsible for all aspects of the IFG product lines, production systems and execution, including oversight of the F-16 Block 70/72 production line in Greenville. She began her career in engineering and spent 20 years in that field, the last 14 focused on manufacturing. She also has more than 34 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
