Massingill focuses her practice on employment-related matters, including counseling and assisting clients on day-to-day employment and human resource-related issues and defending employers in workplace-related litigation. She handles cases involving wage and hour laws, Title VII, ADA, FMLA and other anti-discrimination laws and employment-related torts. Another facet of her practice includes conducting internal investigations on behalf of her clients.
