On Monday, March 24, former Southside High School standout Kamari Thompson’s current collegiate team the Coker Cobras lost 82-66 against the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, this was the first game against the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros during the championship.

Kamari Thompson’s hometown is Greenville and game position is forward.
