City of Simpsonville issued the following announcement on July 16.
The City of Simpsonville is accepting applications to serve on the Local Accommodations Tax Advisory Committee for 2021-2022.
The Local ATAX Advisory Committee is organized to solicit, receive and review requests for state accommodations tax proceeds disbursed to the City of Simpsonville. Funds are allocated and provided to tourism-related projects on the basis of ATAX request submissions.
Anyone interested in serving on the Local Accommodations Tax Advisory Committee can complete and submit the application form to Simpsonville City Hall at 118 N.E. Main St., Simpsonville, S.C. 29681.
